This hanger is used to as a front mount for front leaf springs on Toyota pickups and 4 Runners. The mount includes greasable 120mm bolts, bushings, nuts, and gussets.

This crossmember welds to the frame, just below the radiator support. Spring centers match stock Toyota axle measurements.
